Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support participants and guests at our workforce development center.
You will check in visitors, provide information and resources, and track data for our Mission Advancement team. Responsibilities include welcoming attendees, data entry into the Goodwill system, tracking in CaseWorthy, answering the main line, assisting with shipping/receiving, and preparing reports in Word/Excel.

The Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service supporting our participants and guests as they arrive at our workforce development center. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for checking in our participants and guests when they arrive, providing accurate information and resources, and tracking information for our Mission Advancement team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
