Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the labor exchange process and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft applications and basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech
• Strong teamwork, problem solving and client-facing skills
• Experience with counseling, job placement or case management preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide training, education, career counseling and job placement services
• Conduct career assessments and develop individual employment plans
• Assist customers with job search, resumes and interviewing techniques
• Refer customers to community resources and supportive services as needed
• Promote CareerSource services and participate in job fairs and events
