Job summary

Tallahassee State College in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Career Development Specialist – P05611 to support the Florida Women’s Reception Center. This full-time, grant-funded role focuses on delivering the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program and related services to eligible participants under the Department’s guidance.

• Associate’s Degree or high school diploma with two years of relevant experience in workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience working with incarcerated populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Maintain documentation and report program metrics monthly.
• Coordinate with Pre-Release Employment Navigators on hiring events and job readiness.
