Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to job sites using the Mobile Access Point vehicle.
• Assist customers with employment information, resume critique, and interview skills.
• Review applications, evaluate work history and education for readiness.
• Create and use an Individual Development Plan to guide clients toward employment.
• Inform customers of requirements and perform follow-up for employment verification.
• Support job seekers with online applications and posting resumes; refer to openings.
