Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4 years of experience in career advising, student development, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills working with individuals and groups.
• Ability to manage several projects and duties simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to connect with people.
• Knowledge of online education and platforms including Canvas, Handshake, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provides career coaching and support strategy for graduate business students.
• Develops relationships with faculty, employers, students, and student organizations to support engagement and employment opportunities.
• Supports all aspects of the Office of Career Management’s efforts in preparing students for professional opportunities.
• Interacts with Fisher College and Ohio State colleagues, and regionally to support graduate student career development and employment outcomes.
