Job summary

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services seeks a motivated, customer-focused professional to provide employment and training services to individuals and businesses in Evanston, Wyoming. Under general supervision, the role assists job seekers in identifying opportunities, training resources, and supportive services while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Services.
• 0-1 year of progressive work experience (Business or Human Services)
• 3-4 years of progressive work experience as substitution for education

Responsibilities

• Provides a broad range of services in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.
• Develops, manages, and monitors a caseload of participants in programs.
• Confers with employers to develop and fill employment and vocational training openings.
• Refer applicants to employment or community resources.
• Assess and evaluate client skills, education, and training.
• Assist, direct, and counsel job seekers and claimants.
