Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years work-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with MVR compliant with Driving for University Business requirements.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in career services, student affairs, workforce development, recruiting, employer relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer comprehensive career-related student services programs for College of Arts & Sciences.
• Provide strategic vision and operational leadership for career services, including staff development and budgeting.
• Advise students through counseling sessions and workshops on resume writing and job search strategies.
• Coordinate with employers to expand internships, jobs, and employer engagement opportunities.
