• Conducts employer and job development activities including calls and site visits.
• Meets activity goals to achieve employment start outcomes.
• Maintains relationships with students and graduates and communicates with employers.
• Coordinates externship opportunities and monitors intern performance.
• Assists students with resumes, interview techniques and job search strategies.
• Ensures documentation of activities and compliance with program standards.
