Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is required.
• At least one year experience in an administrative role.
• A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass company background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Career Services staff through hiring, supervision, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily Career Services operations, including scheduling, documentation, billing, and staffing; act as department lead in the Director’s absence.
• Partner with individuals, staff, employers, and community organizations to create meaningful employment opportunities.
• Support individuals in achieving employment and personal goals through ISPs, assessments, skill development, and coaching.
• Foster a person-centered environment where ideas, choices, and skill-building are encouraged.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance with timely documentation and communication.
• Collaborate across departments to advocate for individual needs and advance Communitas’ mission.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
