You will assist with inspections, installations, and reporting, supporting lead inspectors and maintaining job sites. This role requires physical outdoor work, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn new techniques in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior septic systems, plumbing, excavation or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to learn septic inspection and installation techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with septic inspections, installations, and evaluations on residential properties.
• Support lead inspectors in locating, uncovering, and assessing septic tanks and drain fields.
• Help prepare and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment before and after inspections.
• Assist with documentation and reporting of septic system findings.
• Operate hand and power tools safely during installation and inspection tasks.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and local health department regulations.
