Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in workforce development, adult education, or career services preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual workshop platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive workshops on resume writing, interview prep, workplace etiquette, career planning, and retention strategies.
• Foster a supportive learning environment for W-2 participants.
• Track attendance, engagement, and progress toward employment goals.
• Collaborate with FEPs and staff to align content with participant needs.
• Provide individualized feedback and coaching as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop participation and outcomes.
• Stay current on workforce trends and integrate content accordingly.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with program regulations.
