You will lead events such as Resume Café, Interview Preparation Week, Labor Market Week, mock interviews, and personalized coaching on resumes, cover letters, job-search strategies, networking, and workplace etiquette.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in workforce development or related field.
• Facilitates engaging workshops and provides one-on-one career coaching.
• Ability to manage multiple participant referrals and follow-through.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with employer hiring processes and labor-market information.
• Willingness to travel throughout New York City for program activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, schedule, and facilitate career-readiness workshops.
• Lead Resume Café, Interview Preparation Week, and mock interviews; adjust instruction by progress.
• Provide individualized coaching on resumes, cover letters, and job-search strategy.
