Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma with 3 years related work experience.
• Experience with public assistance population.
• Experience in employment services or social service field.
• Excellent public speaking and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily motivational orientations in-person and via Zoom for Youth HRA PACE clients.
• Provide job readiness workshops: resumes, applications, interviews, and tools.
• Conduct workshops using prepared curricula and training materials for job readiness.
• Facilitate interactive sessions with questions and discussion from clients.
• Integrate online resources and tutorials to enhance classroom instruction.
• Maintain documentation via computer-based programs.
• Identify job-ready clients and refer them to coordinators.
• Track client progress with career counselors and engagement specialists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
