Job summary

You will advise students, engage employers, and coordinate internships, workshops, and events that enhance professional skills and opportunities.

The role collaborates with CECE to align college internship efforts with campus career education resources and to develop micro-credentials or badges for students

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Background in counseling, career services, or student development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the College internship program and manage tracking.
• Advise undergraduate and graduate students on internship exploration and applications.
• Develop workshops and information sessions on resumes, interviewing, and networking.
• Collaborate with CECE to align internship and career readiness efforts campus-wide.
• Track and report on internships, student participation, and employer engagement.
