Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking an Employment Skills Facilitator to deliver high‑quality employability workshops for groups of clients, in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments. You will help clients develop critical job-readiness skills and personalized action plans to achieve and sustain employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of facilitation or recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive group workshops for ~50+ clients per session across in-person and virtual formats.
• Develop and deliver a minimum of 12 workshops per month and at least 3 distinct workshop types.
• Maintain a weekly calendar and ensure 4+ training modules per month.
• Provide individualized coaching and develop tailored action plans.
• Document client progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Aim for 80%+ client engagement and 90% attendance per quarter.
• Support attendance goals and collect client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance across systems.
