Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking an Education and Training Instructor who will deliver high‑quality Power of Possible (POP) and Life Skills workshops. You will actively engage participants, prepare them for work and long‑term career success, and align curriculum with progressive learning stages from foundational concepts to real‑world application.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, workforce development, or related field preferred.
At least two years of experience in adult education, workshop facilitation, or workforce development coaching.
Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver POP and Life Skills workshops as scheduled, ensuring consistency and adherence to curriculum standards.
Conduct benefits screenings and assist participants with applications for programs (LIHEAP, Head Start, Free Tax Filing, EITC, CTC).
Lead ESOL ENGEN classroom sessions and track progress.
Maintain structured, engaging sessions with clear expectations and active participant involvement.
Track attendance and document progress in FedcapCARES within one business day.
Collaborate with Career Advisors and Placement Specialists to align training and next steps.
