ServiceSource Inc. is hiring an Employment Readiness Specialist to support adults with developmental disabilities in a day-program setting. You will lead group sessions, coordinate work experiences with local employers, and help participants progress toward integrated employment.

The role includes thorough documentation, collaboration with families and caregivers, and adherence to CARF standards. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience with people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass the online driving training, if eligible to drive.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience providing supported employment services preferred.
• Experience conducting training preferred.
• Experience building partnerships with community organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and conduct engaging group sessions to support skill growth.
• Support participants to engage in work experiences with community employers.
• Seek feedback to update curriculum topics and activities.
• Attain positive satisfaction ratings on feedback surveys.
• Maintain partnerships with support teams, community partners and employers.
• Complete required documentation and maintain files.
• Maintain familiarity with CARF requirements.
