United Planning Organization Inc in Washington, DC seeks a dedicated Job Readiness Coach Assistant for the Workforce Institute Division. The role supports a Job Readiness Coach to prepare clients for training and employment through individualized action plans and resume help.

You will assist with documentation, job search activities, and data entry, contributing to outcomes in a team-focused, full-time environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or associate degree with three years of experience in job readiness or workforce development.
• Strong resume creation, interviewing techniques and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Mansioni

• Assist the Job Readiness Coach in preparing customers for training and employment success.
• Assess customers' preparedness for training and employment and identify needed services.
• Help customers develop individualized action plans and address barriers.
• Develop resumes, cover letters, reference sheets, and thank-you letters using templates.
• Assist customers with online applications, job search platforms, and data entry in the system.
