You will manage a caseload focused on engagement, readiness, and placement outcomes, partnering with Account Managers to align participants with job opportunities. The role involves interview-based assessments, preparing resumes, coaching on interviews, job search strategies, and tracking

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience in case management, career counseling, or recruitment.
• Strong telephone, computer, and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a diverse caseload with individualized career guidance and recruitment support throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct interview to complete the comprehensive job readiness form and evaluate participant skills, work experience, career interests, job readiness, and barriers to employment.
• Screen and refer participants to employment opportunities based on employer hiring needs, qualifications, and workforce program requirements.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and maintain consistent communication with participants through phone outreach, email engagement, workshops, and recruitment activities.
• Deliver job readiness and career development training, including resume preparation, interview coaching, job search strategies, and workplace professionalism.
• Assess participants' readiness and match qualified participants to appropriate employment opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and management.
