Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
• Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, education, training or related area is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized case management and career counseling to participants.
• Complete necessary WIOA data entry requirements in CWDS.
• Coordinate with program leadership to prepare performance reports and improvements.
• Maintain participant files in accordance with state and local regulation.
• Develop and update a customized service plan to align with participant employment and training goals.
• Follow-up with partner agencies to ensure successful engagement in prescribed support services.
• Counsel, motivate and guide assigned caseload through customized career pathways.
• Maintain organized tracking by documenting all participant interactions, contacts, activities, case notes, and files.
• Provide the support that participants need to overcome barriers and reach their employment/educational goals.
• Monitor participant progress via outreach, at least monthly, to ensure successful outcomes.
