Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. seeks a Work-Based-Learning & Career Training Coordinator to organize work-based learning linkages with employers and coordinate student placements, while also promoting ACT/OTP programs and supporting students toward certificates and degrees.

This role requires excellent communication, strong MS Office skills, and at least one year of related experience. Full-time, on-site in Sedro-Woolley, WA with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Minimum of one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain WBL program linkages with local employers and ACT program opportunities.
• Coordinate placement of students in WBL; monitor progress and outcomes.
• Assist recruiters with outreach and participate in career-prep activities.
• Counsel students on goals, options, requirements and services.
• Prepare resumes and develop employability skills; monitor attendance and records.
