Job summary

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Career Navigator to support students and community members in achieving employment goals. You will provide individualized career coaching, job readiness training, resume and interview support, and job search assistance, collaborating with instructors, employers, and partners.

The role emphasizes serving those enrolled in training programs and assisting the public, with on-site education, case management coordination, life skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in career services, workforce development, case management, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with employment resources, labor market trends, and local employer networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching to students and community members.
• Lead resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Coordinate with instructors, employers, and partners to connect participants with opportunities.
• Conduct intake interviews, assess client strengths, goals and barriers, and develop career plans.
• Facilitate life skills workshops and career readiness training as needed.
