Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching, planning, and case management for TANF/SNAP E&T participants.
• Assess participants and develop Individual Employment Plans.
• Assist with job search, resumes, interview prep, and career readiness.
• Address barriers to employment through referrals and services.
• Connect participants to training and work-based learning aligned with labor demand.
• Maintain accurate case files and program records.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance and goal achievement.
• Collaborate with employers and partners to enhance outcomes.
• Conduct outreach, orientations, workshops, and hiring events.
• Support enrollment and retention targets while delivering excellent service.
