Responsibilities

• Deliver career planning and workforce preparation services within a correctional setting.
• Assist participants with career pathway exploration and occupational goal setting.
• Facilitating workforce readiness workshops and employment preparation activities.
• Connecting participants to education, training, credentialing, and post-release employment opportunities.
• Coordinating with correctional facility staff and community partners to support successful workforce reentry.
• Assisting participants in developing individualized transition plans designed to promote long-term employment success upon release.
