Aufgaben

• Develop and implement individualized service plans to help participants identify strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve employment or educational goals.
• Conduct assessments using strengths-based case management practices.
• Provide individualized career guidance, career assessments, and employment planning.
• Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, and job applications, building a professional portfolio.
• Deliver job readiness training, financial literacy education, and career workshops.
• Support job seekers in overcoming barriers and developing workplace skills.
• Connect participants to wraparound services including housing and mental health resources.
• Facilitate job development by engaging employers and identifying opportunities.
• Advocate for participants by helping employers implement accommodations.
• Provide referrals to training programs and support services.
• Maintain proactive communication to track progress.
