Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Employment & Retention Specialist to provide job readiness services, coaching, and case management for diverse populations within the Project SEARCH program. Travel across Allegheny County and surrounding areas is required, with a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Associate’s Degree with 4 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide job readiness services and case management for diverse participants.
• Deliver job search, placement and career development services.
• Communicate business needs to clients and host employers regularly.
• Maintain participant activity records, attendance, and employer contacts.
