Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Idabel, Oklahoma seeks a Career Navigator who will provide integrated workforce planning services to career center customers. You will help clients develop, evaluate, and implement employment plans, and maintain contact with customers and service providers to meet service needs.

The role requires extreme customer service, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to work with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Keyboarding skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess service needs and opportunities.
• Coaches customers to present themselves as candidates for employment.
• Develops individual employment/placement plans and referrals to training or jobs.
• Visits customers at homes or training sites to support plans.
• Maintains accurate case notes and documentation in the system.
