Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) is seeking a Career Navigator in Oklahoma City to provide integrated workforce planning services and assist customers in developing and initiating plans to find employment.

The role is full-time and non-exempt, with duties including conducting visits to customers and coordinating with providers to deliver employment services and case management. Office location: 5005 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Basic computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess service needs and employment opportunities.
• Coach customers to present themselves effectively for placement.
• Develop and monitor individual employment plans and referrals.
• Visit customers' homes or sites to support placement.
• Maintain accurate case notes and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate activities with service providers and ensure plan adherence.
• Provide ongoing case management and retention support.
• Address barriers and support inclusive access for all participants.
