Beacon Hill in New York is seeking an Associate Consultant to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for permanent roles in your local market. You’ll engage with candidates by phone, email, and in-person, coaching them through resumes and interview prep while building strong client relationships.

You will also collaborate with your team, post openings, and learn sourcing tools, enjoying uncapped commission, training, and a clear path for advancement within a relationship‑centered sales culture.

Qualifications

• Resourceful, with strong initiative and judgment of character.
• Ability to determine right job fit based on candidate and client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, review resumes and client needs.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain relationships with placed candidates and sourcing for referrals.
