Responsibilities

• Maintain state highway systems, including filling roadway joints and cracks, patching potholes, flagging and directing traffic, setting up signs and traffic control devices.
• Repair and maintain state highway facilities, including signs, guardrails, curbs, gutters, and equipment.
• Operate vehicles to transport staff and equipment, plow snow, spread ice control materials, and use heavy machinery.
