Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Talent Growth & Inclusion leader to design and maintain career paths across 150 tracks, aligning skills and progression with business needs. You will partner with HR, Recruiting, and Rewards to ensure mobility and performance content stays accurate amid change.

The role focuses on structure, governance, and driving equitable outcomes across populations and regions. You’ll manage the biannual performance cycle program, coach stakeholders, and enable manager

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development.
• Ownership of a recurring cyclical program.
• Hands-on Workday experience; config/testing in Talent or Performance modules is preferred.
• Strong communicator who clarifies complex discussions and influences across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain career paths across 150 tracks with progression criteria.
• Build governance rhythms for content accuracy across the business.
• Partner with People & Culture to support recruiting, onboarding, mobility, and rewards.
• Drive internal mobility: process docs, stakeholder enablement, continuous improvement.
• Advise on career design decisions for equitable outcomes across populations.
