Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Talent Growth & Inclusion Program Manager who will drive the career growth framework and enablement across the organization. You will build the career architecture for all tracks, run the two annual performance cycles, and partner with HRIS/IT to optimize Workday workflows for talent and performance.

With autonomy, you will translate complex needs into practical structures, manage stakeholders, and ensure equitable outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience with configuration or testing in Talent or Performance modules preferred.
• Experience with talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development.
• Ability to run complex, interdependent workstreams independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions, levels, and regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement career growth architecture across 150 career tracks, including critical skills and progression criteria.
• Manage the twice-annual performance review cycles end-to-end—timelines, gates, and retrospective analysis.
• Design and launch cycle communications and manager enablement, iterating from data and participant feedback.
• Partner with HRIS/IT on Workday design and configuration for career and performance modules.
