TOCA Football, Inc. operates D-BAT training centers and is seeking a Baseball Manager for the West Cobb, GA location.

You will lead baseball/softball programming, build and coach a high-performing instructor team, and drive participation across lessons, camps, and clinics to deliver a top-notch training experience for athletes of all ages. The role reports to the General Manager, is full-time with afternoons, evenings, and weekends required, and emphasizes community engagement, revenue growth,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership or operations experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or recreation.
• Baseball or softball playing/coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive growth, increase participation, or manage business performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to build relationships within the local community.
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
