Job summary

TOCA Football, Inc. is seeking a D-BAT Trainer at our Perimeter, GA facility to deliver high-quality baseball and softball instruction to athletes of all ages.

You will lead private and small-group sessions, design training plans based on baseline assessments, and provide ongoing feedback to improve skills and confidence. As part of a fast-paced training program, you will help with client engagement, retention, and team support.

Qualifications

• Playing or coaching experience in baseball or softball (college or higher preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage athletes of all ages.
• Ability to build relationships and contribute to client retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Training & Player Development: Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions; develop training plans; provide coaching feedback.
• Client Engagement & Retention: Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches; encourage repeat sessions; support re-engagement.
• Facility Operations & Team Support: Maintain a clean, safe training environment; collaborate with Baseball Manager; contribute to team culture.
