Qualifications

• Playing or coaching experience in baseball or softball (college or higher preferred).
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage athletes of all ages.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced training environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to player goals.
• Develop training plans using baseline assessments and ongoing performance tracking.
• Provide coaching feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches to encourage retention.
• Support re-engagement of former clients and grow lesson participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming training environment and collaborate with the Baseball Manager.
