Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Career Development Program Manager within the Talent Center of Excellence. This onsite role shapes enterprise career development strategy, leads Career Hub and Workday capabilities, and translates Talent priorities into scalable programs and digital solutions.

You will collaborate across Talent leadership, HR systems, enablement, and communications to deliver integrated career experiences, drive adoption, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience using Workday talent and career capabilities to build scalable employee experiences; Career Hub or related talent marketplace is preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple complex, global, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to apply design thinking, content strategy, and user-centered practices to digital career experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to define success measures and translate workforce data into actions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across Talent leadership and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor global People Development programs aligned to business priorities.
• Define program success criteria, metrics, and goals.
• Lead change management and partner with HR leadership to execute plans.
• Communicate programs to senior leadership and manage content updates in relevant portals.
• Monitor program costs and track key metrics.
• Develop new solutions to improve cost efficiency and deliver results.
• Manage projects that promote program effectiveness.
• Evaluate process improvement proposals for enterprise viability.
