Job summary

GenerationEd is seeking a Career Development Navigator to guide employees through career and educational pathways, manage PDPs, and connect staff with relevant credentials and development opportunities to advance within the organization.

You will provide individualized coaching, help identify goals, review progress, and coordinate internal resources, external programs, and mentorship to strengthen workforce development and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in learning and development or a related role.
• Experience with CDA Credential processes and early childhood education pathways.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for career advancement guidance, education, and credentials.
• Provide individualized coaching and help employees identify goals and pathways.
• Review progress and assist with selecting courses, programs, and credentials.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, mentorships, and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of PDPs, goals, and development outcomes.
