Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant experience in career development.
• Experience providing career development services or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide participants in career options, including education and training, and monitor progress.
• Provide a list of open opportunities and resources at least twice a month.
• Connect participants with mentors, shadowing, internships, and real-work exposure.
• Promote AMIkids Way and Personal Growth Model in all interactions.
• Maintain a safe environment for learning and growth.
• Foster respectful, supportive relationships and set clear boundaries.
• Develop participant relationships to ensure engagement and progress.
• Attend regional job fairs and support job placement visits.
• Help with enrollment documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Build employer networks to aid participants in securing employment.
• Conduct participant assessments and create career portfolios with action steps.
• Assist with application processes, interview prep, and onboarding.
