Job summary

Lactalis USA in Casa Grande, Arizona is hiring a Filler Assistant to support yogurt filling and packaging machinery. You will work with the lead operator to ensure product quality, equipment cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.

The role offers a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM 2–2–3 shift with up to $23 per hour, plus 10% second shift and 15% third shift differentials. Eligible for 401K match, medical benefits, and education assistance, among others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in dairy or food manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up yogurt filling machines, load materials, adjust settings.
• Monitor machine performance and report irregularities.
• Assist with product changeovers and packaging formats.
• Perform visual checks for weight, seal, and labeling.
• Record production data and complete logs and checklists.
• Follow food safety, GMP standards, and wear PPE.
