CCF Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dellwood, MO. You will support customers with financial services, drive leadership activities, and oversee daily store operations to meet performance standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
