SecureSpace Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager in achieving store goals. You will help drive sales, ensure a positive customer experience, and manage vendor relationships across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of English language in verbal and written communication.
• Provides backup support to Store Manager and coordinates with team.

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Assist in lien/auction paperwork and account management for past-due tenants.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure security and cleanliness.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to Store Manager and leadership.
