• Ability to communicate with students, faculty, staff, employers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver comprehensive career services for students and alumni.
• Develop employer partnerships for employment, internships, externships, and work-based learning.
• Coordinate internships, externships, and other experiential learning opportunities.
• Support credential attainment and address barriers to completion.
• Promote Career Services across MGCC locations and events.
• Maintain career resources, job board, and related technology.
• Track outcomes and prepare assessment reports.
