• Lead Career Services: develop and deliver comprehensive career services for students and alumni.
• Build Employer Partnerships: develop relationships with regional employers and community partners.
• Coordinate Experiential Learning: manage internships, externships, and work-based learning opportunities.
• Support Workforce Credential Attainment: help students prepare for and attain credentials.
• Promote Career Services college-wide: present in courses and engage alumni.
• Manage Career Resources and Technology: maintain digital job board and resources.
• Collect and Analyze Data: track outcomes and prepare assessment reports.
• Collaborate Across the College: partner with departments to improve outcomes.
• Represent MGCC externally: attend events and networks.
