Ability Beyond seeks an Assistant Career Development Program Manager in Norwalk to support individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment. You'll provide guidance, mentor staff, and develop solutions for program integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an employment specialist or in a DDS-related role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support team members, offering training and feedback.
• Ensure service quality and program integrity.
• Manage assigned caseloads and oversee referrals.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for employment.
• Mentor new staff in employment services practices.
• Forge relationships with funding sources and community partners.
• Support the CDPM in program management.
