Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a career development or student affairs advising role.
• Experience using Handshake or similar career management systems is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance as needed.
• Excellent information system and database management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professionalism and ability to work with all constituencies.
• Program and event management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Interest in technology, data management, higher education, or career development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop a comprehensive array of career resources for students.
• Support the Director in data analysis, surveys, and assessment reporting.
• Deliver career readiness education, coaching, and advising for students.
• Develop and manage employer relations, events, and on-campus recruiting.
• Lead career development workshops, panels, and events for student engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty, alumni, and employers to expand opportunities for students.
