Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in career services or related field.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Supervisory and career assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Career Accelerator programming including cohorts and participant experience.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of accelerator participants and provide direct coaching.
• Plan events in partnership with Employer Relations and Mentor Program.
• Implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive participation.
• Track program metrics and maintain accurate records.
