Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of professional work in student services or related field.
• Experience advising, coaching, mentoring or supporting college students.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including coaching on resumes and interviews.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or educational programs.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of career development processes and job/internship search strategies.
• Familiarity with career-related technology platforms (career management systems, virtual tools).
• Willingness to travel and occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare undergraduate business students for successful careers through individualized and group advising.
• Design and deliver business-focused programming aligning with coursework and industry needs.
• Collaborate with employer relations to stay informed on hiring trends and labor market developments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts and contribute to department-wide student success initiatives.
