Qualifications

• MA Guidance Counselor Licensure.
• School Counseling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in mediation and relationship building.
• Knowledge of MA DESE Social Emotional Learning Competencies (SEL, MTSS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the College & Career Readiness Center.
• Conduct site-based workplace visits.
• Utilize the Naviance career platform to create work-based learning plans with targeted students.
• Coordinate connecting activities with MassHire Berkshire Workforce Development Board, the Dalton CRA, and other local/state agencies.
• Develop and run college and career workshops.
• Communicate effectively.
