Post University in Waterbury, CT seeks a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for our diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers.

You will lead a team of Career Coaches, deliver coaching, programming, and career-readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals, with on-site work at our Waterbury campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in career development, higher ed, HR, or related field.
• Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches.
• Deliver personalized career coaching (resume, interviews, job search, career transitions).
• Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs.
• Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the student experience.
• Drive engagement with career tools and track program outcomes.
