Job summary

HELP of Southern Nevada is seeking a Career Coach/Facilitator in the Workforce Services department to develop customized education, workshop, and employment plans for program participants. You will perform career assessments, provide one-on-one coaching, and connect clients with community resources and referrals.

You will maintain accurate client files, schedule appointments, help with online job searches, and manage a participant retention caseload with ongoing follow-up to support employment

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling and coaching.
• Experience with HMIS or client data tracking systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized education, workshop, and employment plans for participants.
• Conducts career assessments and skills testing.
• Provides one-on-one career coaching and supports participant goals.
• Maintains client files and HMIS database records.
• Schedules appointments and assists with online job searches.
• Connects clients with community resources and referrals.
• Maintains participant retention caseload and conducts follow-ups.
• Develops and facilitates workforce development workshops.
• Supports weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
